Just here to remind you all that alcoholism is indeed a progressive disease. I will be one of those "reminders" that go to their first meeting again when I go on Sunday. I was sober once upon a time for 2 1/2 years, and then drunk again for 4+. I want to live a sober life. This is hell. Thought I could "handle" it (whatever that means); I couldn't.
