Hi Moving Forward,
What has helped me is to look at my daily routine and find out what I needed to change that triggered me wanting a drink.
These things (or people) I avoid now.

Dear Group,

I am new to the group, but have found success in having a daily action plan. Each day I have tried to renew my commitment to sobriety. I have had to make some changes to my old regular routine, but I realize that sobriety has to always come first.

I have reviewed the Big Book and try to find inspiration whenever I can. There is a book called The Awakened Phoenix that has helped tremendously on my outlook on life.

Just wanted to share...
