hello fellow sobriety seekers.no doubt a tuff fight for sure.when I first tried to stop drinking a friend of the family who I had no idea was a recovering alcoholic pulled me aside and suggested that I start everyday with something to be thankful for.it could be anything but something I was thankful for.at first I was not understanding it but as I started being thankful things started to change as it gave me better outlook of myself,my problem and what was really important in my life. it
has taught me to see the best and understand the worst of my alcoholism.
