hi terry, i would quit using right away, i would see my doctor to get medications to help, i would find time to go to AA meetings (there are some very early in the morning and late at night). i know it's a lot, but losing your family and giving up on life is not the way to go. good luck, man. you're not alone.

i am a 37 year man that is in seek of help. i need help with getting all these devils off of me because they are stopping from being 100% clean. the problem is i work 12 hours a day and i go to marriage classes twice a week on top of my problems at home. i need some advice on what i should do. :( :( :(
