I was prescribed 90 1mg Xanax a month, and 90 2mg kolonopin, I took them all within ten days and was probably averaging 36 mg a day intake. I can't function right now, I tapered myself down because I can't afford the detox. I am currently at 2mg a day total and I am in sever withdrawal. It is 4 am, I have children to get to school and work and I am in severe withdrawal. I can't sleep can't eat. Any advice on how to come down on your own. In AA meetings everyday right now.
