Relapse--at Wit's End

Trying my best, with my wife, to be supportive to a 22 year old son who came out of 21 day treatment for Oxycontin addiction three weeks ago, and has now relapsed--we provide bedroom, food, auto, phone--etc, and get (in turn) abuse, defiance, hostility. Need help to maintain. No way out, it seems.
