My husband was in rehab 10 years ago for alcoholism. He remained sober for 3 years, then Decided it wasn't for him and starting drink again... Secretly. Over the past year he abandoned me and my kids and had a physical relationship with someone 16 yrs younger in the same field of work. 6 mos ago he decided he couldn't live without us and moved back in. Things were awesome for the first 5 mos. recently he's become distant again and is barely home , I recognize this pattern and am scared to death he's going to walk out on us again... I dont know what to do. He says my low self esteem is too much for him to handle sometimes... Help
