Need help

Hello, I would like to request for a help from anyone who has been sober for months or years. I have tried to quit drinking multiple times by myself and even stopped for months but as the time went by i would find myself relapsing. I don't drink daily but i have problems stopping once I started drinking and controlling my actions. So if anybody can share your experience with me on how to manage myself during my sobriety that would very helpful. Thank you.
