night time

night time is the hardest time to stay sober. i am out of energy and just want to watch crappy tv and drink cheap booze and then cry myself to sleep after i fight with the fam because I am not a happy drunk. What do I do? It is raining out, I cant drive (because I blew 2.
. What to do, this is my first day sober after my latest binder. Maybe I should remind myself how depressed I get, the weight I put on the horrible headache in the morning, the lonely, guilty, ashamed way I feel after having a party for one, and succumbing to my demons once again!! Here goes nothing, maybe I'll work in the yard in between the rain down pour, and pray for strength
