Research On Sobriety

I am a doctoral student at Immaculata University and I am conducting research on addicts who have been sober for more than 10 years. It is a strictly confidential survey that I have posted on Survey Monkey. The survey is aimed at individuals who have 10 or more years of continuous sobriety. Please take the time to complete the survey, which should take no longer than 20 - 30 minutes.
