Hey Kevin, all I can say is that I feel your pain and frustration. I posted in May about hating my wife when she drinks. She's in the process of destroying our marriage. I hope you have a good experience at Al Anon. I went to my first meeting last week. My wife's dad went with me. It was rough. I was holding back tears the whole time, but afterward a few women came up to me and showed support. I hope you have a good experience if you go. Sorry, I don't have an pearls of wisdom. Wish somebody had them for me, too. What everyone tells me is to take care of myself first, which is great advice, but easier said than done. Stay strong. You're not alone.
