Help: Someone to goto face-to-face Philly Alanon meeting!
Posted: Mon Aug 09, 2010 4:37 pmCan you be a life savor... I just moved to Philadelphia from Vermont... 4 months ago? In April... and I haven't been able to get out much because of the transition... I am terribly lonely and involved in an alcoholic relationship. I need Alanon like a person needs water. Alanon worked for me in VT and helped me get out of an unhealthy relationship. I have codependence tendencies, but I am very self aware.
I am writing because I am looking for someone who would be willing to pick me up and take me to at least one Alanon meeting a week... If you do not drive, maybe we can meetup and walk together? I live by Washington and 7th Street...
I am 26 years-old and wanting to grow and mature. I need a little push..
