I am in bucks county and i'm just new to this so I am not a sponsor, but all I can say is that you are not alone, and really and truely, God hears you, even though it usually doesn''t seem like that, but talk to Him. He is pretty awesome. I just talk to Him like He was sitting in my car next to me. Sometimes I really feel like He gets it, sometimes not. But I never regret the time I spend just talking to Him.
