Just tried to go to a meeting in Buckingham but apparently they have discontinued it. Today is my first day clean from prescription painkillers. I went to an AA meeting this morning, which was great, and everyone was so friendly and helpful, but unfortunately you couldn't speak about any other kinds of drugs but alcohol. I'm twitchy and uncomfortable and really could have used the support tonight. There is a supposedly an 11 pm meeting so maybe I will go to that one.

Glad to hear you are working on being clean! I've been sober for 6 days now. Keep it up. You are worth it!
