I have battled my addiction my whole life. My last visit to a treatment center was about 2 years ago. I managed to stay clean for a year now I am at it again. I really don't know what to do. I want to stay clean but when ever me and my husband fight which is all the time i want to numb myself. Help

I had to hit a (harder)bottom (than the previous)before I surrendered. Relapse is part of my story. I go to meetings everyday and call my sponsor everyday and this has helped me stay clean for the last 135 days. I'll pray for you.

Reach out to those who know what you are going through. Make meetings, Get a sponsor & a home group, Grab a commitment and reach out to those in the fellowship. We are all here to help each other through this. You dont have to relapse to recover, But you do need to be honest with yourself. Honesty is Sobriety.....Best of luck....

I can't stay clean because I will not commit to a recovery program.

Why won't you commit to a recovery program? It seems that you think you might be able to recover if you join a program. What about a program is keeping you from it?
