My lost brother

I have a brother who went to rehab centers in Philydelphia. He did okay for awhile then he relapsed. He called and wanted to leave Phily and come home to Baltimore. We tried tough love and told him to go back to the rehab. We have not heard from him in a year and a half.
His name is Robert Lee Jackson.
He has never gone this long without calling us. We now fear for his health and wonder if he is even alive.
