Son smoking weed

Hello, several weeks ago I found out that my son is smoking marijuana. I was shocked, I really don't know what to do. I think we should discuss it but what else, if he doesn't want to listen to me if he decides to lie. I understand that he doesn't realize all the danger and backsides now and I don't know how to explain. I found several educational articles and tutorials on how to avoid conflicts and save teens from smoking addiction and drugs. Maybe I am a wrong parent and I should be harder with him, but I will start from the conversation. I have read on Vapingdaily that "In the U.S. almost 9 out of 10 smokers first tried smoking by the age of 18.". As for me, it's a very sad fact and now only parents can help them.
