I'm 60 yrs old and had a drinking problem most of my adult life. I was able to quit for 10 years . I've recently started drinking again and have a hard time resisting the urge. It's like the will power I once had seems to be gone. Today is day one of my sobriety. Any support or advice would be much appreciated.
