I am not sure how I got where I am. Last night I scared my family and honestly myself. Too much to drink as always but add to it I drove home drunk. I want to quit. I've tried many times but about 3 days into it I just can't handle it and let myself slide again. My family is suffering and it breaks my heart to know how much I have dissapointed them again. Does anyone know of a meeting near 19543?

I need to stop drinking. I embarrassed myself and my family last night. My husband is really mad at me. He tells me I have to get my drinking under control but then he goes out and buys a case of wine. He doesn't drink. I know I have a problem but when it is not in the house I do better. I know I own the problem. I hope by joining this online group I will have the courage to just stop. I do not want to go to meetings. I live in a small shore town and I am so embarrassed. Is there anyone out there that can give me some words of wisdom or share a success story about being able to quit just doing online? Thank you

I feel the exact same way. If you call aa intergroup in your area they will help you find a meeting. I'm scared I can't stop.
