AA Meetings

I am new to all of this. Can you tell me what the ratings are for? Also, I am a private person when it comes to my personal life. Can I go to a meeting and just listen?? Any suggestions for meetings in KOP?

Yes, you can go to al anon for moral support. you're not losing your mind: you are sharing your life with an alcoholic. Stop feeling guilty, go to al anon, and take care of yourself. If you really want to help the alcoholic in your life. i think there's a list of good books to read on this site. knowing about addiction helps a lot.
