input on dealing with resentments

I am just starting the 4th step and I am looking for some positive advice on ways to go about pursuing this step. Obviously no one can direct me on what I've done but just looking for some experience strength and hope from old timers or anyone who feels comfortable sharing there experiences

Congratulations! What type of advice are you looking for? Just general follow up from experience?

Make a list of all of your fears
Make another list of people places or things that cause you resentments
Write down that thing that you were never going to tell anybody, that secret you were going to take to the grave
Then we will talk again
