am new to town. am looking for good meetings in/around Mt Airy. i know there's a list, but am curious to hear from others about meetings that have longtime members and strong recovery in the room/around the tables. thanks!

we all get different stuff from meetings so I doubt you'll get much info from others. go and check for yourself. and make sure to go to different meetings at different times and different locations. you'll get a lot from each of them.

I am going to my first meeting tonite, but I have a few 24 hours in AA. If you would like to meet me at the 6:00 pm tonite at Grace Episcopal at Gowan and Ardleigh, we can look for long time healthy folk together. If you cannot make it, I wish you well in your pursuit.
